  • Sunday Morning Meditations

Please note there won’t be any Sunday Meditation during April. We will resume the sessions on April 27.

Every Sunday 10:30 am at Serendip Studio

Plus, every last Sunday of the month, we're holding a special Sunday Meditation with a Blessing Ritual

Meditation is a powerful practice for cultivating emotional stability. With a gentle and open attitude, explore your mind and create space for compassion and loving-kindness. We'll begin with basic techniques and gradually introduce elements of Shingon-Buddhist practice, including simple visualizations.

The session is led by Shaku Jinsen, a fully ordained Shingon Buddhist priest who studied and practiced in Japan for ten years. He now leads Yo e an, a center for Shingon Buddhism, offering guidance in meditation and Buddhist teachings.

We follow the buddhist principle of free donations.

We love it when people write good things about us. Feel free to do the same!

  • National Geographic Traveller: Serendip Spa & Yoga

“Amid the cosmopolitan buzz that resonates through Brussels’ streets and squares is a haven of wellness and luxury.

Stepping in from the hustle and bustle of the chic Avenue Louise quarter, the start of a holistic journey to inner peace and wellbeing awaits with the expert treatments and calming ambience of Serendip Spa & Yoga.

Inspired by the warmth and mystique of the Orient, Serendip’s name is a nod to the word ‘serendipity’ — the act of making fortunate and unexpected discoveries through one’s own wisdom and intuition. The very essence of the word lies at the core of Serendip’s ethos, offering a wealth of discoveries for guests to enjoy.

Drawing on a number of centuries-old traditions and techniques, Serendip Spa’s specialised treatments include time-honoured massages led by skilled professionals.

Serendip Yoga, along with its own yoga training school, offers a variety of yoga-led classes and lessons, including events, workshops and retreats.”
